Mortgage Process
At KKSU Mortgage Team, we make home financing simple, transparent, and efficient. To ensure a smooth start, please have all required documents ready upfront — this helps speed up approval and closing.
Step 1: Pre-Qualification & Application
We look at your finances to find the loan options that fit you best.
Step 2: Pre-Approval
Once we have your documents, we verify your income, assets, and credit. You’ll get a Pre-Approval Letter, so you can confidently make an offer on your dream home.
Step 3: Processing & Underwriting
We submit your file for review. The underwriter may ask for a few clarifications, and we’ll guide you every step of the way.
Step 4: Appraisal & Final Approval
A licensed appraiser confirms the home’s value. After final approval, you’ll receive your closing disclosure with all the loan details.
Step 5: Closing
Sign your final documents, get the keys, and celebrate — your new home is ready! 🎉
