I wasn’t born a mortgage expert.
When my sister and I bought our first home during our senior year of college, the world of financing felt overwhelming and unfamiliar. We navigated the closing process with uncertainty, often unsure whether we were making the right decisions.
Over time, our involvement in real estate investing deepened. With each transaction came greater clarity and confidence. We experienced both sides of the industry—professionals who simply sought a signature, and those who took the time to educate and genuinely care about our long-term success.
