Home loan process
At the KKSU Mortgage team, we are committed to providing clear, transparent, and efficient home loan services. To make your loan process smoother and the review faster, please prepare in advance according to the following process and document checklist. This will save you a lot of time and avoid having to submit additional documents repeatedly.
Step 1 | Pre-qualification and Online Application We will conduct an initial assessment of your income, assets, credit, and home purchase or refinancing needs to help evaluate suitable loan options and budget ranges.
Step Two | Pre-Approval
Once we receive the complete documents, we will verify your financial situation and provide a pre-approval letter to give you an advantage when making offers or negotiating.
Step 3 | Loan Processing and Underwriting
The documents were submitted to the bank for underwriting review.
The approver may request additional information or explanations, and we will provide full assistance and guidance throughout the process.
Step 4 | Property Valuation and Final Approval: The market value of the property is confirmed by a licensed valuer.
Once approved, you will receive the final loan approval and closing disclosure document.
Step 5 | Signing the contract and handing over the property 🎉
Sign the final documents, complete the transfer of ownership, and officially become the homeowner or complete refinancing!

Many customers worry that they "may not be eligible for a loan."
Actually, as long as you're willing to provide the information first, we can help you evaluate the plan. 👍
📌 It's great if you have your documents prepared 📌 But don't worry if you don't know how to prepare them, we can teach you.
Generally, a mortgage requires two years of working income.
But there are other options:
✔️ Only view 1 year's bank statements
✔️ Review the company's profit and loss statement (P & L Statement)
✔️ DSCR for investment properties does not require income verification (in most cases)
Let's talk about it first, then I'll help you find the most suitable solution 😊
